Born in the north of England’s countryside and currently residing in northern California, Becca is a trained RN with almost 6 years of acute care nursing experience, covering multiple disciplines and leadership roles. She’d say a good strong matcha latte and a wicked sense of humor is what gets her through a 12-hour shift. She’s a science nerd through and through and has more poop stories than you can count!
Becca is passionate about reforming the professional world, helping create environments people want to work in. She’s committed to building big people, rehabilitating teams, and renovating systems (especially healthcare) with excellence and efficiency.
Her most favorite thing to do is grab a friend and travel to a new place, eating her way through a city’s best restaurants and hole in the wall local spots. Otherwise in her free time, you can find her outdoors adventuring, trying to perfect her Tartine sourdough skills, or attempting to keep her plant babies alive.
Background and Training
After obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree at Simpson University in 2015, Becca squeezed every drop of life and learning out of her years in acute care nursing, specializing in critical care and organ donation.
Alongside her nursing career, she’s spent two years training under Matt Kluttz, MA of THERAPON working with individuals, not-for-profit organizations and multimillion-dollar for-profit companies. It’s during this time that she fell in love with helping teams establish better organizational health, and found her stride in co-training on leadership concepts and coaching executive leaders. She loves helping teams creatively problem solve. Typical conversations in these spaces include how to better interview and hire, onboard and develop employees, finding conflict resolution, and helping executives strategize for future corporate success.
Whether it’s at the hospital with a patient, round a campfire with a friend, in our office with a flourishing entrepreneur, or in the boardroom with a CEO… Becca prides herself in paying attention and thrives in helping others move into their fullest potential.
